Evaluation by the Panel of DWA Housing and Management Consultants as Independent Tenants Advisors to the Panel

It has been a pleasure working with D.W.A as they have been truly independent having no hidden agenda of their own.  They have been extremely 'user friendly' being always available and ever patient with our numerous sometimes simple, sometimes complex questions.

We would like to make special reference to Christoph who was accepted by the different ethnic communities and therefore was able to bring them on board.  Well done Christoph.

D.W.A. have worked tirelessly to keep the whole panel up to speed even when individuals have missed meetings.  They have reported back to the Panel after each step taken and their newsletters have been open and easily understood.

They have treated all tenants questions courteously and with respect, even repairs queries, but above all they have worked unceasingly to get answers to our many questions from the Council.  Deborah has answered our legal and accounting questions without ever talking down to us and where necessary she has consulted experts.

In conclusion, Deborah and her staff have worked over and above their remit to support and enlighten the TISP and we named below thank them.
