Welcome To the Tenants & Leaseholders
Of Rutland

Welcome to all Rutland Tenants and Residents.  This is your Webpage.  Watch this space to keep up with what's happening!!

Saturday 22nd November 2008

Victoria Hall, Oakham

11am

Come and meet your Independent Tenants Advisors this Saturday to talk about Rutland County Council's Transfer Proposal, the Offer Document and more.

We'll also be providing lunch and we can reimburse any transfer or child care costs.  Hope to see you there!

DWA are pleased to have been invited back to Rutland
as the Rutland County Council begin it's talks with tenants and leaseholders on a proposed Stock Transfer to Spire Homes.

This decision was made after Rutland CC reviewed its Housing Options.  Readers with long memories, will remember that Rutland CC first reviewed its options in 2003 / 2004, when they decided to transfer the management of their Homes to a not-for-profit Registered Social Landlord (RSL) - Spire Homes.  But now the Council needs to look again at the future of its Housing Service.

The Rutland Tenants & Leaseholders Partnership (RTLP) are playing an active part in the Stock Transfer proposal.  If you would like to become more actively involved, phone our Freephone - 0800 0855 492 or visit DWA at Spire's Roadshows:

Thank you to everyone who came to see DWA at Spire's Customer Service Roadshow events.
